What you can expect from this position:
Reporting to the Manager, Ground Transportation and Commercial Agreements, this position is responsible for managing Parking & Ground Transportation commercial agreements and overseeing the property management information system, ensuring the efficient administration, compliance, and support of tenant and partner contracts. The incumbent will monitor partner adherence to agreements, support financial services, and drive revenue generation initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to align partner compliance with organizational objectives while contributing to sustainable revenue growth and effective contract management.
As a Representative, Commercial Agreements, you will:
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with airport partners and fostering a good understanding of specific Partner and tenant activities and provisions under various types of agreements.
- Be the principal point of contact from the business unit with Finance regarding partner revenue streams, accounts receivable, billing processes, security deposits, etc.
- Work with partner and internal stakeholders in gathering and processing contractual data including operating certificates, insurance and financial data (audited sales).
- Assist in the management of commercial agreements by preparing various forms of agreements with respect to revenue generating contracts (leases, licenses, other) including arrangements for review and approval by the Legal and Risk Management departments.
- Track annual rent increases, minimum annual guaranteed (MAG) rent adjustments, expiries, notice required for contract extensions and other miscellaneous agreement reports and actions as required for Parking and Ground Transportation.
- Administer the Business Interest Application Process and act as the first point of contact with potential customers.
- Work with various systems including Commercial Vehicle Tracking Application (CVTA), Employee Parking Management (EPM), Business Intelligence (BI) Tool, SharePoint, etc. to carry out lease management requirements.
- Ensure tenant compliance with terms and conditions of agreements.
- Work closely with the Parking Management Contractor to oversee all Accounts Receivable (A/R) activities for parking.
- Research and assess the viability of parking and ground transportation programs and services in the marketplace.
This unionized position has an hourly wage of $41.72, based on a 37.5-hour work week. As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete a test.

This is the role for you, if you have:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Economics, or Commercial Property Management or other relevant field and/or combination of relevant education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years direct experience in property management, lease administration, lease compliance experience in retail property, or real estate industries
- Able to obtain and retain a Transportation Security Clearance
Knowledge and skills you bring, that set you up for success:
- Knowledge of airport operations and how they relate to property and contract management and rentals
- Knowledge of various functions within property management and industry best practices relating to commercial agreements, including but not limited to: taxation, security deposits, insurance/maintenance/facility requirements, and rental rates
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze financial, operational and statistical information and to consider the legal, business and monetary implications related to lease conditions and contract management
- Ability to deal and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, with a strong customer focus
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment with minimal supervision
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize work
- Ability to multi-task, analyze information and data, troubleshoot, resolve issues, be proactive, as well as being flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to utilize MS Office effectively as well being familiar with contract management software databases
