Position Summary

The Reporting Analyst will support our Reporting Architect in building, optimizing, and maintaining modern reporting dashboards and data visualizations across a variety of platforms. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in reporting, data visualization, and data architecture, with a strong focus on developing dashboards that answer business impact questions and uncover optimization opportunities. Experience working with cross-platform BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik is essential.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate on the design and development of scalable business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions
• Build dashboards and reporting tools that clearly communicate business performance, impact, and areas for optimization
• Translate reporting requirements into structured, well-documented solutions aligned with business goals
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure reporting needs are met across various teams and clients
• Establish and promote best practices for dashboard design, data visualization standards, and reporting workflows
• Contribute to documentation, training, and presentation materials for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Support quality assurance and validation of data across systems to ensure accurate and reliable reporting

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in reporting, data visualization, and data architecture
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Looker Studio)
• Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Deep understanding of data visualization best practices and user-centric dashboard design
• Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, particularly in SEO/SEM contexts, is a plus
• Bonus: Experience with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript/jQuery
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; comfortable working with cross-functional teams

How We Work

This role requires two in-office days per week, with three days in-office during the three-month orientation period. Fully remote work is not available for this position.
