Rental Agent /Station Specialist (Seasonal April-Oct)

We are hiring for (2) Seasonal Station Specialist at our Vancouver location.

The role - your passion

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• You lead the exterior and interior cleaning of our campers.
• You explain and hand over our campers to the customers.
• You put a smile on our customers' faces when they pick up and return their camper and make their roadsurfer journey unforgettable.
• You manage the payment processes and check in rental payments and collect security deposits.
• You support our station team with all daily tasks and make sure that our #happyroadsurfers leave the yard happy.
• You work hand in hand with the Station Manager on the daily operations and customer satisfaction.
• You are a self-starter and able to lead the team and station operations in the absence of the Station Manager.

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us

• You know the value in being brutally hands-on to get the job done and lead a hand to support the business needs.
• Experience in providing customers with world class customer service.
• Valid BC driving license.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Due to insurance qualifications, you must be at least 21 years of age or older.

WORK CONDITIONS

• Open availability on weekends mandatory.
• Job Type: Hourly, Seasonal -- Pay Range: $20 to $24.
• Working mostly outdoors.
• Ability to lift and move at least 25lbs.
• Location: 8811 Laurel St #103, Vancouver, BC V6P 3V9, Canada.
