Reporting to the Renal Program Manager and working under the direction of a Registered Nurse or delegate, the Renal Assistant is responsible for assisting nursing staff with set up and dismantling of dialysis machines and equipment to facilitate efficient operation of the hemodialysis unit and acute dialysis in the Intensive Care Unit, ordering stock and special supplies to adequately stock the unit, and assisting with patient care activities such as transfers, lifts, and weighing patients.

$21.43 - $23.37 Hourly
