What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide timely and thorough resolution to customer issues
  2. Monitor the support call queue and manage new tickets
  3. Interact with internal departments for issue escalation
  4. Assist in solving data, architecture, and interface issues
  5. Develop a deep understanding of application features to address related issues and questions

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. University degree or technical college degree in computer sciences, software engineering, software development, or related field
  2. Familiarity and experience in a Customer Support environment
  3. Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions
  4. Ability to manage multiple initiatives and support tickets simultaneously
  5. Excellent client communication skills and ability to manage customer expectations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience delivering solutions, services, and/or support to the utility industry
  2. Experience with Customer Information Systems
  3. Utility industry experience
  4. Software experience in applications such as Java, SQL, PL/SQL, Uniface, or Web technologies (Node.js, Angular, JavaScript, JSP)
