Salary: $25 - $40 per hour (plus performance-based incentives)

Our boutique, located on the South Shore of Long Island, offers unique and trendy fashion pieces for all occasions, carefully selected to bring high-quality, stylish, and timeless options to our customers. As we expand into Canada, we are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our growing team.

We are looking for a Remote Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for fashion and retail.

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online chat to promote our brand and products.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective outreach and customer engagement.
• Assist in executing sales campaigns, promotions, and online marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the customer service and marketing teams to improve sales efforts.

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or e-commerce is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms is a plus.
