Named after our two daughters, we specialize in offering exquisite European children’s clothing for newborns to teens. Our boutique is known for its unique, stylish, and high-quality selections, making us a premier shopping destination on Long Island. As we expand into Canada, we are seeking a talented Digital Marketer to strengthen our brand’s online presence and drive growth in new markets.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to develop and execute online marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital advertising, social media, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Optimize website content for SEO and improve organic search rankings.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content that aligns with our brand.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
• Develop and execute email marketing strategies to nurture customer relationships.
• Research and identify trends in digital marketing to keep our brand competitive.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external agencies as needed.
• Drive online sales through targeted advertising and conversion rate optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or fashion.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.
• Excellent writing and content creation abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
