Our boutique, located on the South Shore of Long Island, is known for offering unique, stylish, and high-quality apparel and accessories. As we expand into Canada, we are looking for experienced professionals to join our remote team.

Job Description

We are seeking a Remote Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects across different departments, ensuring efficient execution and timely completion. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills to manage remote teams, optimize workflows, and drive business initiatives forward.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
2. Coordinate between teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
3. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
4. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
5. Ensure clear communication among all team members and stakeholders.
6. Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
7. Continuously evaluate processes and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
3. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to lead and motivate remote teams.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Experience in retail, e-commerce, or fashion is a plus.
