Remote Entry Level Cryptocurrency Trading Job in Kelowna, BC | Full Time

Our client, located in Fraser Valley, is looking for a Conveyancer to join their team. This particular role calls for an individual who is keen to broaden their knowledge and experience base. The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to :

• Drafting and maintenance of documents related to conveyancing including purchases, sales and refinancing
• Liaise and assist clients as well as lawyers and brokerages
• Performing corporate searches, LTO searches, conflict searches, and due diligence searches

The ideal candidate will have :

• A minimum of five years experience in Conveyancing, ideally with some experience in commercial real estate
• Completion of a LAA or Paralegal program from an accredited institution
• Effective communication skills – interpersonal, verbal and written
• Confident and dependable – strong initiative and ability to work effectively with a team as well as independently

Salary : $75,000 – $95,000 per year dependent on experience.
