Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our expanding operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing company data while ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

1. Enter and update data into company databases with speed and accuracy.
2. Maintain and verify records to ensure data integrity.
3. Organize and categorize information to improve accessibility.
4. Assist with data management projects as needed.
5. Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of all information.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
2. Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite.
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
