Job description

AO Global Life is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their questions are answered, issues are resolved, and they receive the best possible experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via email, chat, and phone with inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Work closely with the team to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required.
