Duties

  • Communication – engage with clients by phone, email, and chat

  • Documentation – update and maintain accurate CRM records

  • Education – explain benefits, services, and coverage in plain language

  • Resolution – address client concerns with empathy and efficiency

  • Teamwork – collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience

Profile

  • Communication – great verbal and written communication skills

  • Compliance – willingness to obtain HLLQP license (we’ll help you)

  • Independence – self-motivated, organized, and reliable in a remote setting

  • People Skills – experience in a customer-facing role or support role

  • Tech-savvy – comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools

  • Residency – must live in Canada and be eligible to work full-time
