As we expand into Canada, we are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our growth and operations remotely.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to assess and improve business processes, optimize operations, and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with our leadership team to identify opportunities for improvement and support expansion strategies in the Canadian market.

• Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to improve operations.
• Gather and document business requirements for various projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support expansion efforts.
• Identify trends and insights to improve business performance.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, sales, and marketing teams to implement process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or fashion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
• Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
