  1. Answer calls or emails from customers regarding their billing requests and mobility services
  2. Provide customers with all necessary information to ensure satisfaction
  3. Treat every call or email confidentially, with accuracy, courtesy, and efficiency
  4. Promote Canada’s fastest 5G network as a solution to customers
  5. Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bilingual: fluent in English and French to interact with customers
  2. Available to work 5 days up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
  3. Reside near the employer's Laval center for potential training travel
  4. High-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet workspace
  5. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
