Job Information

As the Relief School Administrative Assistant, you would be providing confidential secretarial, administrative, financial, and client support services to the Principal, Vice Principal, staff, and students of the school in order to assist with the effective and efficient operation of the school. You would also be responsible for maintaining the student records system and the leave management system for staff. The position is also responsible for managing financial administration within the school, including tracking budgets.

Providing these services will have a direct impact on the ability of the school administration and staff to complete their own responsibilities in a timely and orderly manner. It will also have a direct impact on the students and families of the school.

To be successful in this role, you would have a High School Diploma and two (2) years of relevant work experience.
