I will provide training on how to do it. I give tutorials/lessons for everything, so I don't expect you to know everything immediately, whether the repairs are on the hardware or software. However, if you have exact experience with our hardware/software, then great! :)
With that being said, we prefer someone who most importantly listens and follows protocol coherently.
You will be guided on the exact steps you need to do to get this job done.

You have some experience in finding instructions on the internet to resolve a problem/understand something, especially an electronic device hardware/software problem. For example, you know how to use Google, GitHub, Reddit, YouTube, or other resources to fix a problem or understand something.
Examples:
- Watched a YouTube video to build a Shopify store? Great.
- Watched a YouTube video to learn Final Cut Pro? Great.
- Watched a YouTube video on how to repair a certain computer issue? Great.
- Learned how to change a tire? That's fine.
So Duties:
- Diagnose and repair handheld consoles, currently 3DS; there will be other consoles later on. Tutorials/lessons/Shadowing will be provided.
- Replace damaged components and perform hardware repairs using hand tools.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper functionality after repairs.
- Perform other general office tasks (packaging items, responding to customers, organizing stock, etc.).
- Provide excellent team organization and communicate repair options and timelines.
Experience:
- Previous experience in electronics repair or a related field is preferred (personal experience is fine).
- Familiarity with schematics, technical documentation, and/or using YouTube/internet/Google to resolve issues.
