Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000 base plus 0.1-0.2% equity.

A fintech leader is seeking a Relationship Manager to enhance customer engagement, ensure optimal product utilization, and foster loyalty by turning customers into brand advocates. This role is critical in building long-term relationships with key clients, providing expert advice on cash management, and driving product adoption and incremental sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Success and Sales Growth: Maximize customer value by driving adoption of the company’s products and introducing new features, leading to increased satisfaction and additional sales opportunities.
2. Cash Management Expertise: Collaborate with the sales team to provide automated cash analysis, advising customers and prospects on strategies to reduce borrowing costs and optimize idle cash yield.
3. Valuable Connections: Facilitate meaningful introductions for customers to trusted partners within the company’s ecosystem. Foster a sense of community by connecting clients and addressing challenges promptly.
4. Customer Relationship Building: Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and challenges, advocating for solutions while encouraging satisfied customers to promote the brand.
5. Strategic Contributions: Partner with the executive team to refine sales strategies and enhance product offerings based on customer feedback and insights.
