The Position

Under the daily supervision of the Īkwēskīcik iskwēwak Manager and the overall direction of the Director of Justice, the Reintegration Case Worker will be responsible for the delivery of services for female adult relatives (clients) that are referred to īkwēskīcik iskwēwak Program from Pine Grove Correctional Centre. This position will provide support to incarcerated relatives and their family members by developing individualized case plans based on their criminogenic risk factors. This position will connect relatives to resources and support while incarcerated and in the community, reducing recidivism and ensuring post-sentence success.
