THE TEAM

The mission of the Reigning Champ Marketing department is to acquire customers and drive brand awareness through brand-propelling content across social platforms.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and Reigning Champ is growing with it. As Manager of Reigning Champ Social, you will develop and lead a program that drives brand awareness, affinity, and customer acquisition through brand-led social content. You will be responsible for shaping the strategic approach and positioning of Reigning Champ's social presence, leading and executing innovative content programs across multiple platforms, and optimizing content programs to drive engagement and channel growth. THE ROLE

As the Manager, Social, Reigning Champ, you will:

  1. Define the strategic approach for new and existing social platforms, building on the internal framework already in place.
  2. Develop a standardized approach for brand-led, platform-specific content programs.
  3. Seamlessly manage, execute, and measure social content programs across different platforms.
  4. Maximize our performance across all social channels, identify and execute on new channel opportunities, and manage continuous improvement.
  5. Connect, engage and respond to our social audiences.
  6. Conceptualize and execute diverse media strategies to develop brand-propelling social content.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager, Social, Reigning Champ has:

  1. Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications.
  2. A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's and Reigning Champ's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
  3. The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.
  4. The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for a bonus.
