About the Job:Rehabilitation Assistants play a crucial part in carrying out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs and assisting Therapists in monitoring and evaluating patients/resident/clients’ progression. Operating within a client-centered approach and as an integral member of the Rehabilitation Team, you make a substantial contribution to the impact on progression of patient/resident/clients’ needs and their rehabilitation journey.
Within this role a Rehabilitation Assistant:
- Is encouraged to work at top of scope
- Engages patients with regular therapeutic interventions
- Is relied on to be the eyes and ears of the rehab team
