Pay: $24.29-$26.87 per hour

Position Summary:

Provide compassionate clinical care to Residents in a team environment.

Qualifications:

1. Registered Practical Nurse with a current certificate of competence with the College of Nurses
2. Proof of medication administration education/competency
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Leadership ability
5. Demonstrated ability to participate and function in a Team environment
6. Understanding of and commitment to Resident centered care
7. Retirement Living experience is an asset
8. Other related certification is an asset
9. Fully Vaccinated staff are eligible to work in multiple home locations

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Dispensing of medication
2. Communication with physicians and families
3. Supervises and directs on-floor Team Members where required
4. Problem solving complex situations
5. Participate in the ongoing assessment of Resident care needs, monitoring and reporting the condition of all Residents
6. Follow established duties and job routines outlined in S&R policies and procedures
7. Support the principles of Continuous Quality Improvement
8. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Additional pay: Overtime pay
