Registered Practical Nurse RPN-Belleville

In-Home Assisted Living Inc. of Belleville is looking for compassionate, caring, and reliable individuals to join our family. As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you will support our private client by providing personal care. As an employee, you will make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families through compassionate, client-focused care.

How you will spend your days:

1. Provide personal care and nursing care for a patient in their home
2. Assist our client with complex medical care issues
3. Support independence, dignity, social, and emotional health
4. Develop & maintain relationships with clients and their families
5. Provide companionship and living assistance
6. Provide personal care, bathing, and hygiene assistance
7. Monitor and administer medications

Success in this role:

1. RPN Certification recognized by the CNO
2. Experience on a surgical floor within a hospital setting or healthcare environment
3. Experience with mobility transfers
4. Strong reading and verbal English language skills
5. Knowledge of clinical infection control protocols
6. Current CPR/First Aid Certification
7. Documentation skills
8. Ability to follow client care plan
9. Strong communication skills
10. Strong problem-solving skills
11. Excellent customer service skills

Compensation: $32 - 35 per hour

Shifts: 15 hours per week (8 hours Mondays/7 hours Thursdays), Part-time
