Overview:
Our healthcare system is currently seeking motivated and dedicated Registered Nurses for a variety of units within our 2 acute care hospitals and behavioural health centre. As a member of our nursing team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and continuously enhancing your professional nursing skills.
We invite both newly graduated RNs and experienced RNs to apply. Internationally educated RNs are also considered. New Grad RNs may be included in our 1-year New Grad Residency program. Experienced RNs will be provided with a thorough orientation based on their previous experience and current skill set.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with hospital procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient care.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and participating in professional societies.
- Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
- Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school in Canada, the USA or overseas.
- Passed the NCLEX or eligible to write the NCLEX within next 60 days.
- Current VisaScreen- (We will assist you in obtaining this)
- Current Canadian or USA passport or eligibility to obtain such within 3-4 months.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexible, empathetic, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
- Ability to relocate
- Must have current nursing experience within the last 2 years or graduated from nursing school within last 2 years.
