What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and existing customers
  2. Develop and execute a regional business plan to exceed sales targets
  3. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
  4. Deliver technical product demonstrations and educational events using the Axis Experience Centre
  5. Prepare sales reports detailing new and ongoing projects and utilize CRM for accurate forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with strong selling and negotiation skills
  2. Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales
  3. Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; experience with Salesforce is a plus
  5. Ability to lift 20-50 lbs occasionally and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the region

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Previous experience in channel management, technology, security, or related industry background
  2. Strong technical background with experience in cameras and computer networks preferred
  3. Design application capabilities
  4. Axis Certified Professional
