What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and existing customers
- Understand customer business needs to offer tailored solutions
- Develop and execute a regional business plan to exceed sales targets
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and other promotional sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with strong selling and negotiation skills
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in channel management, technology, security, or related industry background
- Strong technical background with experience in cameras and computer networks
