Join our team as a Regional Sales Manager, where you'll be instrumental in driving sales operations and expanding market reach within the Vulcraft Canada West region. Working closely with the Vulcraft Canada West leadership team, you'll lead a team of dedicated sales professionals, supporting their growth and guiding them to achieve ambitious sales targets. Your strategic approach will be essential in building strong relationships with customers, ensuring successful sales growth and market penetration. As a key member of the Vulcraft Canada West leadership team, you’ll also contribute to enhancing safety culture, improving operational efficiency, and boosting customer satisfaction across the division.
The Regional Sales Manager will be located in Leduc, AB.
Basic Job Functions
- Safety: Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
- Lead Sales Operations: Spearhead the continuous development and growth of sales operations in the assigned region.
- Leadership: Staffing, training, developing, coaching, and leading the Vulcraft Canada West Sales Team.
- Market Growth: Develop and implement strategic business development and retention plans for fabricators and customers to achieve sales growth and market penetration targets.
- Commitment to Safety: Collaborate with the rest of the leadership team to enhance safety culture and operational results.

Minimum Qualifications (External)- Experience in a territory management sales role
- Previous Leadership Experience
- Experience in Construction or related industry.
Preferred Qualifications- Degree in Business, Construction, Engineering, or related field
- Commercial experience in joist & deck, construction, manufacturing or related industry.
