Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Credit and Collection Manager to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming our accounts receivable function and contributing to the continued success of our business. As the Regional Credit and Collection Manager, you will be a critical leader, responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable and related accounting procedures. This includes not only managing day-to-day operations but also driving strategic improvements and implementing best practices. You will provide financial leadership, develop and implement policies, systems, and reporting mechanisms, and most importantly, coach and mentor a large team of A/R professionals.
