What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Lead the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma principles to enhance efficiency and quality
  2. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams to optimize processes
  3. Train and coach operational teams on continuous improvement methodologies
  4. Collaborate with finance and transformation teams to document cost reductions and performance improvements
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with continuous improvement initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Post-secondary education
  2. 3–5 years of relevant work experience
  3. Lean Six Sigma certification
  4. Strong analytical and communication skills
  5. Ability to travel to various sites as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience in inventory planning/control and logistics
  2. Background in data analytics, operations, and project management
  3. Familiarity with SAP, Procurement, and Coupa systems
  4. Knowledge of French language is desirable
