What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma principles to enhance efficiency and quality
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams to optimize processes
- Train and coach operational teams on continuous improvement methodologies
- Collaborate with finance and transformation teams to document cost reductions and performance improvements
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post-secondary education
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to travel to various sites as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in inventory planning/control and logistics
- Background in data analytics, operations, and project management
- Familiarity with SAP, Procurement, and Coupa systems
- Knowledge of French language is desirable
