Regional Account Manager - Mining

Our client is a solutions provider for the mining industry. They carefully assess their customers' operations and process limitations through detailed audits and studies to provide comprehensive solutions that save time and money. At the same time, they will identify EHS improvements, reducing water use and greenhouse gas emissions by offering safer chemicals in the workplace. From their Canadian plant, they develop innovative chemical technologies for industrial cleaning and maintenance, such as degreasers, descalers, anti-foulants, corrosion control, scavengers and dust control, to be used as part of our global solutions. These products are designed with end-user and environmental safety in mind, without compromising on performance.

To continue their growth, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager, able to learn quickly and with a proven track record in remote and independent sales in competitive markets. The territory's industrial base is currently focused on mining and minerals.

Skills and qualifications :

• Based in northern Quebec. The territory would be the province of Quebec with a focus on mining.
• University or technical school graduate in chemistry or engineering.
• Extensive sales experience in this market could be considered a major asset.
• Combined with 5+ years' experience in technical sales.
