RED SEAL CHEFS needed to staff remote industrial camps, located in Northern Saskatchewan.

Who you are:

• You MUST be a Red Seal Chef.

What you will do:

• Manage the entire ALCP crew, including housekeeping.
• Liaise between the client and ACLP.
• Complete audits as required.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a culinary team.
• You will manage food costs and inventory.
• Maintain standards for food safety, food storage, rotation, quality and appearance.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with kitchen management within the service industry.
• Jobs require shift work at remote sites - mining facilities & exploration camps.
• The work schedules are 2 weeks in-and-out rotations.
• You must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Knowledge of Vegan, Halal and Gluten allergy variation cooking skills.
• Good knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Camp Manager programs.
• Valid Driver's license preferred.
• Current First responder certificate would be an asset.
• You must be a team leader, who works well with others.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a larger team.
• Customer relation skills.
• Depending where you're located, you may be required to fly from Edmonton, Calgary, or Winnipeg.
