Your Responsibilities

1. Source & Attract Talent – Identify and recruit qualified candidates through online channels.
2. Interview & Assess – Conduct brief phone or Zoom interviews using provided scripts.
3. Onboard & Support – Guide new team members through the onboarding process.
4. Collaborate & Innovate – Partner with leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies.
5. Learn & Grow – Attend weekly Zoom training sessions and stay ahead in recruitment best practices.

What You Bring

1. At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
4. A goal-oriented mindset and a passion for people.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
