As our RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR, you’ll be a critical member of our internal team, responsible for managing the coordination, logistics, + candidate experience aspects of the recruitment lifecycle. You’ll work closely with our recruitment leads to ensure seamless execution of our client projects, specifically in high volume recruitment deliverables. This is a high-impact, fast-moving role ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, + excited to support meaningful work.

You thrive in fast-paced environments + bring strong written + verbal communication skills to the table. You’re comfortable juggling competing priorities + love making things easier for everyone around you. Prior experience in recruitment support, HR coordination, or administrative operations will help you hit the ground running, but attitude, adaptability, + curiosity are just as important. You are detail-oriented, systems-savvy, + love creating structure out of chaos.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, Associations, Colleges, etc.
  • Calendar scheduling for high volume recruitment roles to associated recruitment team members.
  • Candidate coordination following successful prescreen with the recruitment team.
  • Candidate pipelining + skill marketing support.
  • Create + send candidate preparation kits before interviews.
  • Send post-interview check-in emails to candidates.
  • Maintain candidate satisfaction surveys + summarize insights, including requesting Google Reviews.
  • Coordinate background checks, references, offer letter packages on behalf of the clients + any necessary onboarding steps.
  • Help recruiters with CRM clean-up + process documentation.
  • Send post-interview thank-you or check-in emails to both candidates + clients.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment workflow.
  • Audit existing SOPs + training docs for recruitment processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years in a recruitment, HR, or administrative coordination role would be ideal.
  • Recent graduates from Business Administration program are also welcome.
  • Excellent communication skills, written + verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies + propose solutions.
  • Proactive + resourceful, with the ability to take initiative + run with small projects independently.
  • Creative, outside the box thinker with a positive attitude.

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

  • 37.5 hours/week
  • $20-$25/hour depending on experience for the duration of the contract.
  • Hours - Monday to Thursday, 830am-430pm, Friday, 830am-1:30pm.
  • Remote/Work from Home, with quarterly onsite meetings where attendance is required.
