Your Skills

1. You have at least 5 years’ experience in an administrative, coordinating or recruiting role, at least some experience working remotely.
2. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and are comfortable setting your own goals and targets.
3. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a people-first business.
4. You are willing to develop your digital skills on recruiting or social platforms with expert training and support provided.
5. You are passionate about assisting others on their success journey.

Your Responsibilities

1. Generate leads, qualify candidates and manage the flow of information.
2. Manage the inquiry process with professional follow up.
3. Learn and grow daily with our personal & leadership development training.
4. Attend weekly live-online professional development sessions.
