About Turina

Turina is a startup IT company specializing in software development and digital marketing. We develop our own in-house applications, create custom software solutions for clients, and provide Google Ads and digital marketing services. As a growing company, we are expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to join us.


Position Details

We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to support our hiring efforts. This role requires 15 hours per week, with participation in daily 20-minute team meetings.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and engage with ideal candidates across multiple platforms
  2. Post and track job listings
  3. Schedule and coordinate interviews
  4. Conduct soft skills interviews
  5. Assist in managing recruitment pipelines and candidate follow-ups

Requirements

  1. Fluency in English (French is a plus)
  2. Strong communication and organizational skills
  3. Ability to work remotely and attend short daily meetings
  4. Passion for HR and recruitment
  5. Availability to start immediately, preferably available in the mornings, and not currently engaged in a full-time job. Candidates meeting these criteria will be prioritized.
