Title : Community Health Practice Consultant – Primary Care Focus
Salary : $99,505 - $122,073 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract : Permanent
Location : Interior B.C. (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy)
Bargaining Unit : PIPSC BCFNHA Group (Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada)
About The Role
The Community Health Practice Consultant will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of primary care services within the region. This position focuses on enhancing the quality and effectiveness of care by supporting the front-line workers in FNHA, Community, and Nation primary care settings. This position provides education, thought leadership and consultation on models of team-based primary health care and clinical practice services that includes orientation, training, in-service, clinical support, and clinical competency assessment to Registered Nurses (RNs) who provide primary care services to First Nations communities and individuals in British Columbia.
