Our headhunting firm has been in existence for over 45 years and has offices in Montreal and Toronto that are expanding rapidly. For this reason, we are currently looking for a Recruiter for our Industrial and Chemical division.

The Recruiter is responsible for the business development of his or her sector as well as the management of client accounts. He/she works in close collaboration with the members of his/her team and with the support of the Division Director to recruit the best candidates that meet the needs of the firm's clients.

In order to achieve his or her objectives, the Recruiter will be responsible for developing an effective action plan to develop new clients, identify new business opportunities, and identify and recruit the best talent in the market.

The Recruiter is an ally and advisor in the recruitment process for his or her clients.

Skills and qualifications :

1. BAC/DEC in Business Administration, or other relevant field
2. Minimum of two years experience in a Corporate sector or in recruitment (Asset)
3. Interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and participate in networking activities
4. Ability to listen and understand the needs of clients
5. Organizational skills, ability to work on several projects at the same time
6. Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines
7. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
8. Autonomy and ability to take initiative
9. Team player, ability to collaborate and assist other team members
10. Professionalism and professional ethics
11. Diplomacy, discretion, respect to not divulge sensitive or confidential information
