In this dual role, you will be instrumental in sourcing both experienced talent and driving campus recruitment efforts. You will collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. This includes managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from identifying and engaging candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Additionally, you will be responsible for campus recruitment efforts, participating in campus initiatives, career fairs, and related recruitment activities to build a strong talent pipeline. Your focus on both experienced hires and campus talent will ensure we continue attracting top talent to support our evolving business needs.
Your Role:
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking, while building and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs across diverse business functions.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for roles at all levels, from entry-level to senior leadership, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process. Engage passive candidates through innovative outreach to build long-term relationships.
- In partnership with Campus Recruitment, attend career fairs and organize networking events to attract early-career talent.
- Collaborate with the Campus Recruitment team to support recruitment efforts.
- Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of intern and entry-level professionals.
- Oversee the execution and delivery of the co-op program, including mentorship, monthly socials, curriculum, and end-of-term feedback surveys.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing, pipeline management, and full-cycle recruitment for both experienced and campus recruitment.
- Proven ability to recruit for various levels and functions within a corporate setting.
- Previous experience in the financial services or IT industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, including ATS and candidate sourcing platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
