By mid-morning, you’re in a brainstorming session with your amazing People team discussing new initiatives and ways to make our processes even better. What will you do?

• Initiate outbound communications to source prospective candidates for software engineering and other technical roles at varying skill levels.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including outbound sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, People team members, and executives on the offer process, defining salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Build and implement recruitment processes and strategies.
• Process personnel info by accurately handling candidate’s data, records, and personnel transactions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure HR practices align with the company’s goals and culture.
• Use data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What skills and experience do we expect you to have?

• You have 3 years of experience as a recruiter, specializing in hiring for technical roles at tech companies.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in dynamic settings, understanding the demands of rapid growth within a startup environment.
• You have proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and staffing.
• You are proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems, with a preference for JazzHR.
• You have strong analytical skills for collecting and analyzing data to improve strategies and practices.
• You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist employees and managers with HR-related inquiries.
• You have the ability to foster a collaborative and positive workplace environment.
• You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• You can work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• You don't mind all the emojis in the job posting and are happy to use even more of them in our internal communications.

At Movemedical, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range is expected to be $60,000 – 75,000 USD for this position and will vary based on your qualifications and job-related experience level.
