Job description

CIMCO Refrigeration is looking for an organized and enthusiastic individual to provide Project Sales primarily to the HVAC Commercial / Recreational markets in Burlington, Ontario.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Evaluating customer's needs and promoting CIMCO products and solutions
  2. Building estimates, issuing quotations, ensuring proper scope and best pricing is obtained by reviewing drawings, specifications, and coordinating strategy meetings
  3. Follow up and negotiations with supplier quotations
  4. Coordinate internal review and communication to ensure proper scope, specifications, descriptions and requirements are transferred effectively to construction, engineering & manufacturing.
  5. Achieve sales targets and objectives as set out by the Team Lead
  6. Completion of change notices accurately and in a timely fashion
  7. Develop exceptional relationships with key client representatives
  8. Assist in addressing invoicing and/or receivables concerns where required

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  1. 0-3 years working in the HVAC Commercial / Industrial / Recreational market
  2. Background in CO2 refrigeration, geothermal, heat pump and heat recovery system is a plus
  3. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications and schedules
  4. Ability to build strong internal and external relationships (in-person, phone and online communication)
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  6. Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to detail
  7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  8. Strong computer skills
