Job Summary
This position is responsible for supervising designated reconciliation processes and providing leadership and vision to a team of reconciliation officers. The incumbent is responsible for the planning and control of the overall functions of the designated team, directing its business and operational needs as well as overseeing regulatory controls.
All responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with Code of Conduct, RBC Values, and Standing Orders. The Incumbent will be given a wide degree of latitude within the day-to-day escalation and running of the team but will be expected to refer matters of an unusual nature or urgency to management.
