About the role:
Reporting to the Director Loss Prevention, the Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for ensuring financial records match up between different sources. This involves identifying discrepancies, investigating the causes of the discrepancies, and reconciling the accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
