Your new role
As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while providing professional administrative support across the firm. Often serving as the first point of contact both virtually and in person, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients, visitors, and staff. Your duties will include managing front desk activities, such as greeting guests, handling incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Additionally, you will oversee the distribution of correspondence, maintain office supplies, schedule meetings, and assist with document preparation and filing. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in supporting the firm's legal professionals and ensuring efficient workflow in a fast-paced legal environment.
What you will need to succeed
