Reporting to the Senior Manager Customer Success, the Receptionist/Data Entry Technician will be responsible for daily administrative tasks of the Customer Success Department and entering all data into computer records and reports. With an eye for detail, the incumbent will work to ensure all database information is accurate and accessible through our digitized system. Additionally, the incumbent will perform basic secretarial duties such as answering phones as well as directing visitors and staff.


RESPONSABILITIES :

  1. Manage reception switchboard, answer and direct incoming calls during business hours
  2. Provide polite and courteous customer service to employees and incoming guests
  3. Process incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail in a timely manner
  4. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of reception area
  5. Assist all team members and other departments as requested or required
  6. Order and manage stationary inventory
  7. Enter sales orders, return requests, and traffic labels
  8. Create detailed spreadsheets and perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  9. Verify, update and maintain all data by comparing it to source documents
  10. Manage monthly employee sale and payment reconciliation
  11. Manage monthly expense reports
  12. Sort and organize paperwork after entering data

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  1. 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role
  2. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Fast typing skills (knowledge of typing system is strongly preferred)
  5. Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  6. Good command of English and French, both oral and written
  7. Strong attention to detail, discreet and personable
  8. This position is on site from Monday to Friday hours are Monday-Thursday (8h30-5h00) and Fridays from 8h30-2h00
  9. ½ hours lunch daily (except on Friday)
