Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Receptionist and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering the phone, booking and rescheduling appointments as needed, managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and interacting with our audience across various platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and customer service expertise to enhance our brand's online visibility and foster community engagement.
Responsibilities
Support front desk operations as needed, including managing phone systems and providing excellent customer service.
Assist clients with booking appointments and ensuring all required forms are filled out.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback, providing timely responses to enhance customer support.
Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms while ensuring content is proofread for accuracy and clarity.
Assist with data entry tasks related to social media performance tracking and reporting.
Requirements
Previous experience in a medical spa setting is preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of various phone systems and customer service best practices.
Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail in all communications.
Proven experience in clerical duties or as a front desk coordinator is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and content management.
A passion for social media trends and a creative mindset to engage audiences effectively.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
