Volkswagen Moncton is the fastest-growing Volkswagen dealership in Atlantic Canada. With our growing business, we are currently looking for a Bilingual Receptionist & Administrative Assistant.

If you are someone who loves interacting with customers, likes to be helpful, and wants to be the go-to person, then this position is for you!

The hours are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and direct to the appropriate area within the dealership
  • Answer the main telephone line and redirect calls
  • Ability to answer customers' questions on the phone or refer callers to the appropriate team
  • Process vehicle registrations
  • Maintain database of new vehicles in inventory, ensuring all associated paperwork and files are accurately completed and maintained
  • Accept and post service payments, process end of day cash
  • Maintain cleanliness of all customer areas
  • Other general office duties

Qualifications

  • High school education, or equivalent, is a required
  • College diploma in Office Administration and/or Business is preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Must be fluently bilingual in English and French
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including great verbal communication and listening skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating system, basic understanding of Excel, Internet, email
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, a good work ethic, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
