Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Duties

  1. Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
  3. Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  4. Maintain organized filing systems both physically and electronically
  5. Provide clerical support to the office staff
  6. Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
  7. Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping
  8. Handle office tasks such as ordering supplies and managing inventory

Skills
Required Skills:

  1. Proficient in customer service principles
  2. Knowledge of office procedures and basic clerical tasks
  3. Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
  4. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  1. Experience working in a plumbing showroom
  2. Familiarity with computerized systems for office management
  3. Previous experience as a plumbing and heating receptionist

Pay: $16.55-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
