As a Receptionist (3 Months Contract) in the Facilities department, you’ll be responsible for answering incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, establishing relationships with our clientele and our employees, greeting walk-in clients and directing them to the appropriate person or service, and performing other administrative tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager.
