Job description

Randstad is now looking for a full-time temporary two-months Receptionist for our client in Greater Victoria.

Are you a highly organized, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills? This role involves a mix of front desk responsibilities, administrative support, and light Excel tasks within a fast-paced and positive work environment.

Job Type : Contract Temporary Position

Terms of Employment : Full-Time

Working Hours : 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Salary : $23 / hour

Start Date : Immediate

Responsibilities

  • Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and accurately relay messages
  • Process and distribute mail
  • Ensure professional and friendly interactions with internal and external customers
  • Perform light Excel work and other administrative tasks
  • Provide overall support for the daily operations of the office
  • Assist with administrative projects as designated

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Clerical role
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
  • High school graduate
