Randstad is now looking for a full-time temporary two-months Receptionist for our client in Greater Victoria.
Are you a highly organized, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills? This role involves a mix of front desk responsibilities, administrative support, and light Excel tasks within a fast-paced and positive work environment.

Terms of Employment : Full-Time
Working Hours : 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Salary : $23 / hour

Responsibilities
- Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and accurately relay messages
- Process and distribute mail
- Ensure professional and friendly interactions with internal and external customers
- Perform light Excel work and other administrative tasks
- Provide overall support for the daily operations of the office
- Assist with administrative projects as designated
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Clerical role
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Outlook
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
- High school graduate
