Temporary Receptionist needed for one-month contract in NE Calgary! Start ASAP!

Agilus is recruiting for a Receptionist in the property space in Calgary, Alberta. Our client is looking for some temporary Reception coverage at their office in the NE. This is a full-time role for a one-month contract, in-office. The perfect person for this role is a go-getter, dependable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answering the phones, transferring calls, and taking messages
  2. Greeting incoming clients and staff
  3. Boardroom bookings and setting up for meetings
  4. Coordinating mail and couriers
  5. Filing, data entry, and proofreading of correspondence
  6. Using Yardi for invoices
  7. Helping with contracts and leases

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of administrative experience
  2. Fluent with MS Office
  3. Any experience with Yardi will be a huge asset
  4. Available for the full duration of the contract

  2. Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
