Realtor Payouts / Conveyancing Assistant *Short-Term Contract

THE POSITION

We are seeking a confident and proven Realtor Payouts / Conveyancer Assistant for a short-term contract, Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4pm. The candidate must be a strong leader, be very personable, and can work independently with strong attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily Realtor Payouts & Deposits
2. Audit Buyer Contracts
3. File management & data entry using Deal Manager
4. Check Invoices & process Invoices for commissions
5. Send Conveyancing packages to Lawyers
6. Process Excess Funds & Return of Deposits
7. Daily Reports
8. Answering & returning of phone call inquiries
9. Top Ten Graphics using PowerPoint
10. Updating Website
11. Stamp outgoing mail
12. Ordering office supplies
13. Planning and executing company events
14. Cover Reception Lunch
15. Cover Reception holidays 9am-5pm
16. Cross-training for holiday coverage

QUALIFICATIONS

6. Able to work independently in a busy environment
7. Preferred if you have working knowledge of Deal Manager software
